We have offered Small Group Training classes as an option for people who like working out with others, and are willing to trade off some degree of personalization for a reduced rate.
Sessions are either 30 minutes or 1 hour.
The limitations here, vs. Standard one hour training, are the need for everyone to do similar movements, and that classes are at a set time.
We are not currently holding any Group Training Classes. Many of the people who have done our Group Training programs graduated to our Individual Personal Training Programs. We have not had enough people to warrant starting another Group Class. We would need an minimum of 4 people per class to start another class.
