When you start training with me, you will receive access to my Online Training Tools.
Included among these tools are some diet tips and recipes. Most importantly, you will have access to the USDA Nutrition Database. This tool will give you the calories, protein, carb, and fat contained in any size portion of almost 7000 foods.
Also, I will work with you on modifying your nutrition by having you keep a daily Food Log. By examining your Food Log, we can identify your worst nutrition deficiencies, and make corrections week by week.
