An exercise program designed specifically to meet your fitness goals, taking into account your current fitness level, body type, and any pre-existing medical conditions.
As you might imagine, a program for a 15 yr old male athlete and a 40 yr old overweight mom would need to be different. I have experience training both types of client, and will scale the program accordingly.
After learning more about your goals and medical history, I will take you thru a workout to establish your base, a starting point. It's all about progression. As long as we progress from your starting point, you will make progress toward your fitness goals.
